These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and wwwvip ("we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://wwwvip.cam (the "Platform").

wwwvip is an English-language online gambling information and services platform primarily targeting users in Pakistan. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, promotions, account management tools and any services made available through it.

We strongly encourage you to read these Terms in their entirety before creating an account or using the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you unambiguously confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full. Acceptance is also confirmed by clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", "Register" or equivalent interface element presented during registration or at any other point on the Platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to:

• The Privacy Policy
• The Responsible Gambling Policy
• Any specific Bonus Terms published in connection with individual promotions
• Game-specific rules published within individual game interfaces

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, the supplementary policy shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the Platform or on any related exclusion register recognised by the operator.
• You must not be located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Services is prohibited or unlawful, including where such restrictions arise under anti-gambling statutes, international sanctions, or regulatory prohibitions.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated by us for breach of these Terms.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity or another person's details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before activating your Account, processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. For Pakistani users, accepted documentation typically includes a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, and where required, a proof of address document. Documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Submission of falsified documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

Subject to full compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal and non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or its content;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access or interact with the Platform;
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website without our prior written consent;
• Use the Platform in any way that may impair its performance, availability or integrity.

In addition to the restrictions set out in Section 6, the following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity, or to engage in any form of financial fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud or payment reversal abuse.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in live card games or coordinating sports betting activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, irregular wagering patterns, arbitrage betting specifically targeting bonus conditions, or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation.
• Unauthorised Software: Using software, tools or algorithms designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users, including card counting tools, odds-scraping bots or latency exploitation software.
• Underage Access: Accessing the Platform while under the minimum permitted age, or facilitating access by any person under that age.
• Provision of False Information: Providing inaccurate, misleading or falsified information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or when submitting support requests.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards other users or Platform staff through any communication channel.

Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits must be funded from accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for informational context only — their mention does not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, any gambling activity by these institutions.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC or USDT are accepted in accordance with the applicable cryptocurrency transaction rules published on the Platform.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed. Processing times vary by method and are indicative rather than guaranteed. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays.

We reserve the right to refuse, delay or reverse a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms or an unresolved dispute.

Currency

The Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) balances. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to the applicable account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's risk.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Bonus-specific terms, the Bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal of any associated winnings. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided. Typical illustrative limit: PKR 500 per bet or spin — see specific promotion terms for exact limits.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute 10–20%. Consult individual promotion terms for exact contribution tables.
• Bonuses expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household IP address and per device unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including to prevent exploitation or correct errors.

Any bonus figures referenced across the Platform — including welcome offers up to PKR 25,000, sports bonuses up to PKR 10,000 or similar — are illustrative examples for informational context only. Live promotions and actual bonus amounts are determined by the operator's current promotional schedule and may differ.

Each product offered through the Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports, table games and virtual sports — is governed by product-specific rules accessible within the relevant game or market interface. These product rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Pre-match and live (in-play) markets are available for sports including cricket (Pakistan national team, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 formats), football, UFC and other international events. We reserve the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, force majeure events, incomplete fixtures or clear evidence of match manipulation.

Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, RNG table games and live game shows — are governed by their individual game rules and the independently published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a technical fault, communication error or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, we reserve the right to void the relevant transaction and return stakes to the User's balance. Our decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15.

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available within the Account settings dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount a User may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month, after which further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and enforced logouts after a User-defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and total net position during a session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days for Users who need a temporary break without committing to full self-exclusion.

You must not attempt to circumvent any responsible gambling restriction you have requested, including by registering a new Account during a self-exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the wwwvip brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, audio, video, software code and all other materials, are owned by or validly licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for your own private use in connection with the permitted use of the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names or logos appearing on the Platform — including references to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC, USDT, or sports organisations — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not constitute endorsement, partnership or affiliation with wwwvip unless expressly stated.

Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We reserve the right to suspend or modify any aspect of the Platform without notice.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and your use thereof, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from gambling outcomes. Gambling is inherently uncertain; placing a bet acknowledges acceptance of that risk.

Informational Content

Content on the Platform — including odds guides, game explanations, bonus term examples and payment references — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or a recommendation to gamble. All illustrative PKR figures (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome bonus examples) are examples only and not guarantees of specific promotional offers.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms;
• A User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted;
• Regulatory, legal or operational requirements necessitate account closure;
• A User has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

User-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you through the original payment method or an agreed alternative. Bonus balances and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property clauses, liability limitations, dispute resolution and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory local consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Informal Resolution

We encourage Users to contact our support team in the first instance for any complaint or dispute. Our team will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Contact details are provided in Section 17.

Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate the complaint through the formal dispute resolution channel specified in the operator's licensing conditions. We will cooperate fully with any such process. The outcome of the formal resolution process shall be binding on both parties, subject to any applicable rights of judicial review.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will notify registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the meta bar at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 14.
